Our competitions are all in October this year, starting the fiirst Saturday and ending the last Saturday. There will sometimes be a football game on a Friday night and a competition the next day. Our competitions usually take place in Hillsboro, OR; Evergreen, WA; Eugene, OR; and Corvallis, OR. Our volunteer needs are 2-3 bus chaperones who stay with the students all day and approximately 10 prop and field on/off helpers. The prop and field help is first thing in the morning to unload and set up props then help the students on and off the field with instruments and props, do it all over again with the evening performance then help take the props apart and load the truck.
